Raises the pH of steam, condensate, and feedwater, while also protecting copper components in the system.

Cleaning Tank Deoxidizer

Characteristics

The Cleaning Tank Deoxidizer is a liquid solution that not only contains essential phosphates but also includes metal passivators and dispersants. When appropriately added to the system, it effectively controls the formation of boiler water deposits (sludge) by reacting with impurities in the boiler water to form soluble compounds. It also plays a special role in inhibiting the formation of scale and preventing it from adhering to the boiler surfaces.

The deoxidizer interacts with the metal surfaces of the boiler, providing ongoing protection against scale. It contains a unique dispersant that gradually dissolves existing scale in the boiler, ensuring a thorough cleaning and maintaining the boiler in optimal, like-new condition.

Key Features

  1. pH Regulation: The deoxidizer helps to adjust the pH level of the boiler water, preventing it from becoming too acidic or too alkaline, which can lead to corrosion.

  2. Prevention of Scale Formation: It enables the combination of carbonates and silicates in the water into calcium phosphate (Ca₃(PO₄)₂) and magnesium silicate (MgSiO₃). This prevents the precipitation and adherence of these substances to the boiler.

  3. Efficient Scale Removal: Contains a unique dispersant that prevents insoluble compounds from forming large particles that could deposit in the boiler. The fine particles created are easily expelled from the system during discharge, keeping the boiler clean.

  4. Protective Film Formation: Helps to form a protective film on the water and boiler surfaces, reducing the risk of corrosion and scale deposition.
